The digital spray register, mandatory from 1 January 2027
EU Implementing Regulation 2023/564 requires every farm that uses plant protection products to keep the record of its plant protection product treatments in an electronic, machine-readable format. Originally planned for 2026, the requirement applies from 1 January 2027.
ArboPhyto is Arboflow's digital crop record book: every treatment is recorded when it happens, with the product, the rate, the plot and the date. Product stock and pre-harvest intervals (PHI) are tracked automatically. ArboPhyto's exported files meet the required electronic format: the register is ready on inspection day.

ArboPhyto FAQ
What is the spray register?
It is the mandatory record of every use of plant protection products on the farm: product, rate, plot, crop, date. From 1 January 2027 it must be kept in electronic form.
Is the spray register the same as an operator certificate?
No. An operator certificate (Certiphyto in France) authorises a person to use plant protection products. The register records the treatments carried out on the farm: that is what ArboPhyto keeps.
Does ArboPhyto warn me before harvest?
Yes. ArboPhyto tracks the pre-harvest interval of every treatment and alerts you before each harvest.
